Zimbabwe 50 Million Dollars Banknote, 2008, P-79, Used, TAP Authenticated

The Zimbabwe 50 Million Dollars Banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe in 2008. This green banknote features the Chiremba balancing rocks in Epworth, stylized grains and cow in underprint, and a Zimbabwe bird in OVI. The reverse depicts the ancient ruins of Great Zimbabwe and a Cape buffalo. The note does not contain a security thread and watermark but bears a 7-mm wide iridescent stripe with repeating RBZ. It also bears the signature of Dr. Gideon Gono. The note measures 148 x 74 mm. This banknote is in used condition and has been TAP authenticated.
