The Zimbabwe 50 Trillion Dollar banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe in 2008. The obverse of the green banknote features the Chiremba balancing rocks, stylized grains and a cow in underprint, and a Zimbabwe bird in Optically Variable Ink. It also bears the denomination in numerals and in words. The reverse of the paper bill depicts the Karimba Dam on the Zambezi River and an elephant. The banknote does not contain a security thread and watermark. It bears a see-through denomination alignment, orange UV serial numbers, fluorescent fibers, and an iridescent “RBZ” stripe. It is 148 x 74 mm in size. This particular banknote has a miscut error and is in uncirculated condition. It has also been TAP authenticated.
