The Zimbabwe 500 Dollars banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe in 2001. It has a color combination of brown and gray. The obverse side shows the Chiremba balancing rocks in Epworth, a bitter apple flower, and two zebras. The reverse side features two zebras and the Hwange thermal power station smokestacks and cooling towers. The banknote measures 155 x 78 mm and has a solid security thread with demetalized RBZ 500. It also contains a watermark with a Zimbabwe bird Type C and electrotype 500 design. This particular banknote comes in uncirculated condition and has been been TAP authenticated.
