The Zimbabwe 500 Million Dollars banknote comes from the 2007-2008 series which removed ten zeros from the old Zimbabwe dollar to simplify calculations in economic transactions. This particular 500-million banknote is 148 x 74 mm in size and has shades of purple, blue and yellow. The obverse side features the Chiremba balancing rocks in Epworth. Meanwhile, the reverse side shows workers milking cows and a miner with a jackhammer. Although this banknote has no security thread or watermark, it does feature a 3-mm gold-to-green OVI stripe to serve as a security measure.
