This uncirculated 500 million Zimbabwean dollar note was issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe in 2008 as part of the Chiremba Rock series and demonetized in 2015. It has a purple color scheme and dimensions of 148 mm by 74 mm. Its obverse side contains a view of the Chiremba Rocks found in Epworth, the signature of Reserve Bank Governor Dr. Gideon Gono, an OVI Zimbabwe bird, and an underprint with stylized cows and grains. Its reverse side shows a worker milking cows and a miner with a jackhammer. Though the note does not have watermarks or security threads, it has a 3-mm gold-to-green OVI stripe with repeating RBZ and a radar serial number.
