The Zimbabwe 500 Million Dollars Banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe in 2008. The purple banknote features the Chiremba balancing rocks in Epworth on its obverse. It also shows a Zimbabwe bird in Optically Variable Ink and a stylized cow and grains in the underprint. The reverse of the note depicts working milking cows and a miner with a jackhammer. The banknote carries a 3-mm gold-to-green OVI stripe with a repeating RBZ, however, it does not have a security thread and watermark. It is 148 x 74 mm in size and is in used condition.
