It is a purple, orange, blue, green, and red note that is dated 1966 ND, bear the signatures of Denio Chagas Nogueira and Otavio Gouveia de Bulhoes, and measures 157 x 67 mm. Its obverse side features Black circular BANCO CENTRAL 5 CENTAVOS overprint, Princesa Isabel wearing a pearl necklace and a printing error of the title “Minstro”. Its reverse side shows LEI AUREA (golden law of 1888 abolishing slavery) represented by seated allegorical woman holding stone tablet with open shackles, chains, and stocks. This note does not have a security thread or watermark. The note was withdrawn on 30 June 1972.
