Zimbabwe 500 Dollars Bearer Cheque, 2006, P-43s, Specimen, PMG 58

This 500 Zimbabwean dollar specimen note is a bearer cheque issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. It is an olive green note that is dated 01 August 2006, bears the signature of Dr. Gideon Gono, and measures 148 mm x 74 mm. Its obverse side features the RBZ logo and a diagonal red SPECIMEN overprint. Its reverse side shows a tigerfish and the Kariba Dam. Security features include a solid security thread with a demetallized RBZ, an all-zero serial number, and a Type C watermark of a Zimbabwe bird with an electrotype RBZ. Additionally, the note is in uncirculated condition with a single fold that crosses the design. It is also graded 58 by the Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).
