This used 5 million Greek drachma note is a banknote issued by the Bank of Greece. It is a brown note that is dated 20 July 1944, bear the signatures of Spyridon Chatzikyriakos and M. Pierros, and measures 140 mm x 62 mm. Its obverse side features a portrait of Arethusa. Its reverse side shows the denomination and guilloches. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark. However, it has a small serial number with suffix letters. It was also demonetized.
