This uncirculated 500 Colombian peso oro note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of the Republic. It is a brown, red, and green note that is dated 4 January 1993, bear the signatures of Francisco Jose Ortega and Antonio Ceron del Hierro, and measures 140 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side features the Constitution and quill in inkwell and Francisco de Paula Santander. Its reverse side shows the Casa de Moneda courtyard in Bogota. Security features include a solid security thread with printed BRC 500, a shield registration device, and a watermark of Francisco de Paula Santander.
