This uncirculated 1 Fijian dollar note is a replacement banknote introduced by the Government of Fiji in 1971. It is a reddish-brown, green, and pink note that bears the signature of Wesley Barett, and measures 159 mm x 76 mm. Its obverse side features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the national coat of arms. Its reverse side depicts a view of Yanuca beach in Yasewas. Security features include a solid security thread and a Fijian head watermark. The note was withdrawn in 1981.
