Seychelles is a nation of beautiful set of Islands off the east coat of Africa in the Indian Ocean. It is a country that has a reasonably good economy and peaceful history. It is difficult to be this conclusive, but the Seychelles' banknotes have historically been the most beautiful banknotes for the last 50 years. Until 1975, Seychelles' paper money used the most beautiful portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on its currency. This portrait has her wearing the Order of the Garter Regalia which is on several countries that use ‘Rupee’ as their unit of currency. The currency has always had colorful birds, turtles, flowers, sailing ships, palm trees on them along with bright colors. The 2016 series of banknotes have some of the brightest colors and best drawn frogs, parrots, chameleons and other animals. Even the SPARK® features and holograms are well integrated.
