The Bahamas 3 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of the Bahamas in 2019 as part of the CRISP (Counterfeit Resistant Integrated Security Product) Evolution series. The banknote bears the A-prefix and the signature of Central Bank Governor John A. Rolle. It has a color combination of burgundy, brown, red, lavender, and yellow. Its obverse side features a vertically-oriented passion flower and Queen Elizabeth II. Its reverse side is vertically oriented and features a dock scene with large sailboats and people on lounge chairs. Security features of the note include a sand dollar registration device, purple-to-red SPARK chain links, a green-to-gold windowed security thread with demetalized BAHAMAS and sand dollar, and a watermark of Queen Elizabeth II with an electrotype $3.
