The Bahrain 5 Dinars is part of the family of notes issued in 2016 - 2018 with a pick number P-27b This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition and bears a birthday year serial number. The obverse depicts the Shaikh Isa House in Muharraq and the Riffa al-Sharqi fortress in Hunainiya valley. On the reverse of the banknote are the Aluminium Bahrain smelter building and Bahrains first oil well located near Jebel Dukhan mountain. The 154 x 74 mm banknote bears a windowed StarChrome security thread which shifts its color from green to red when tilted and with a demetallized CBB. Furthermore, the Bahrain 5 Dinars has a watermark that reflects a portrait of King Hamad Isa Al-Khalifa with an electrotype FIVE and the banknotes value printed in Arabic.
