The Bangladesh 10 Taka is part of the banknote series issued in 1996 to commemorate the Silver Jubilee or the 25th year of Victory Day. This particular banknote comes in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated. The obverse features the Atiya Jami Mosque in Tangail, a Bengali text, and Victory Day Silver Jubilee 96 overprint in Bengali text. On the back of the note are the spillway of the Kaptai dam, the Bangladesh Bank seal, and high-tension electricity lines. The banknote which is 140 x 70 mm in size bears a solid security thread with a Bengali text print. It also has a watermark that reflects the Roaring Royal Bengal tiger.
