This uncirculated 20 Macanese pataca note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of China. It is a purple note that is dated 8 August 2008, bears the signature of Ye Yi Xin, and measures 144 mm x 72 mm. Its obverse side features a lotus flower in gold SPARK, the bank logo, and the Ruinas de S. Paulo (ruins of Saint Paul) church building. Its reverse side shows the Bank of China headquarters building and the bank logo. Security features include a solid security thread with demetallized 20 and bank logo, a windowed security thread with demetallized BANK OF CHINA, and a watermark of a lotus flower with an electrotype 20.
