Canada 1 Dollar Banknote, 1954, P-75d, Used

The Canada 1 Dollar Banknote was issued by the Bank of Canada in 1954. It is predominantly green and black. Its obverse features the coat of arms of Canada and the modified portrait of Queen Elizabeth II without the devil's face in her hair. The reverse depicts clouds over Saskatchewan prairie fields, dirt roads, and telephone poles. The banknote does not have a security thread and watermark. It is 152 x 70 mm in size and bears French and English text. It is also signed by R. William Lawson and Gerald Keith Bouey. This particular banknote is in used condition.
