Reviews:

This uncirculated 5,000 Japanese yen note is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Bank of Japan in 2004. It is a lilac, yellow, and orange note that measures 156 mm x 76 mm. Its obverse side features the author Higuchi Ichiyo. Its reverse side shows the painting “Irises Screen” by Ogata Korin. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a transparent oval foil over a hologram, a black serial number, and a watermark of Higuchi Ichiyo. The details of this note have been verified and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
