The Brazil 10 Cruzados Banknote was released by the Central Bank of Brazil in 1986. The banknote has hints of brown, green, purple, and orange. Its obverse features writer and politician Rui Barbosa de Oliveira. It also depicts a desktop with an inkwell, a lamp, and the “Deuxieme Conference de la Paix - La Haye 1907 (Second Peace Conference - The Hague) book. The reverse of the note displays Rui Barbosa speaking to a crowd at the Second Peace Conference and the world map. Security features of the note include a transom registration device, a solid security thread with printed BANCO CENTRAL DO BRASIL, and a watermark that reveals Rui Barbosa. It was printed by the Casa de Moeda do Brasil and is 154 x 74 mm in size. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
