The Brazil 5,000 Cruzeiros Banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Brazil between 1981 and 1985. It has a color combination of purple, brown, pink, orange, and green. Its obverse side contains inverted mirror images of the 26th president of Brazil, Marshal Humberto de Alencar Castelo Branco. Its reverse side shows inverted mirror images of a hydroelectric dam spillway and a telecommunications antenna. Security features include a solid security thread with printed BANCO CENTRAL DO BRASIL and a watermark of Castelo Branco. The banknote is 154 m x 74 mm and is signed by Ernane Galveas and Affonso Celso Pastore. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
