Reviews:

This used 5 German mark note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Imperial Debt Office. It is a purple and green note that is dated 01 August 1917, bear the signatures of V. Bischoffshausen, Vieregge, Muller Noelle, Dickhuth, V. Drenkmann, Sprenger and Lothar, and measures 125 mm x 80 mm. Its obverse side features an imperial eagle, the head of a young woman facing front with flowers in hair. Its reverse side shows two blue Reichsschuldenverwaltung seals and an imperial crown with oak leaves. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of a 5 pattern. This note was withdrawn in 1924. The details of this note have been verified and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
