This used 1,000 Hungarian forint note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Hungarian National Bank. It is a green, red, and blue note that is dated 25 March 1983, bears the signatures of Fekete Janos, Timar Matyas, and Tallos Gyorgy, and measures 174 mm x 80 mm. Its obverse side features the Soviet coat of arms and a portrait of composer Bela Bartok. Its reverse side shows the sculpture “Anya gyermekkel” (mother with child).
