This set contains eight pieces Notgeld 10 - 75 Pfennig that were issued and circulated in the University City of Jena in 1921. The notes in the set are the 10 pfennig, 25 pfennig, three types of 50 pfennig notes, and three types of 75 pfennig notes. The 10 pfennig note features the denomination and terms on the obverse side and the coat of arms of Jena on the reverse side. The 25 and 50 pfennig notes show the coat of arms, terms, and denomination on the obverse side and the views of iconic landmarks on the reverse side. The 75 pfennig notes show the denomination and terms on the obverse side and notable scholars and their contributions on the reverse side. The notes do not have watermarks nor security threads. However, they are in uncirculated condition.
