It also bears a “Black Manila 2012 45th Annual Meeting of the BOARD OF GOVERNORS Asian Development Bank Manila, Philippines 2-3 May 2012” overprint. The reverse depicts Aquino holding a pen and a camera, four people holding hands, a woman with a basket and a child giving flowers to soldiers with machine guns. The reverse also displays a student and a teacher with an open book, the Tarlac Capitol building, and the Conception Municipal building in Tarlac. The banknote contains a solid and a windowed security thread with a demetallized 500.
