This used 50,000 Romanian lei banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the National Bank of Romania. It is a purple, violet, blue, brown, and orange banknote that is dated 2000, bear the signatures of Mugur Constantin Isarescu and Ionel Nitu, and measures 155 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side shows the national coat of arms, a musical score underprint, carnation flowers (Dianthus dianthus), a BNR monogram, an embossed violin, and a portrait of George Enescu.
