Reviews:

The Sierra Leone 5,000 Leone banknote was released by the Bank of Sierra Leone in 2013. It comes in blue and purple color combinations and has dimensions of 145 x 71 mm. On the obverse are a holographic patch in the form of a diamond, the Old Fourah Bay College building situated in Freetown, the Sierra Leones emblem, and a close-up picture of Sengbe Pieh who led a revolt on the Spanish slave ship called La Amistad. The banknotes reverse features the Bumbuna Dam. The Sierra Leona 5,000 leone note bears a StarChrome windowed security thread with demetalized BSL 5000 and a watermark that reflects a lions head, an electrotype 5000, and Cornerstones. This particular banknote is in Used condition.
