This Turkey 50 Lira banknote was released by the Central Bank of Turkey in 1976 under the 1970 law. The obverse of this brown banknote features Mustafa Kemal Ataturk who was the founding father of the Republic of Turkey. The reverse of the note depicts the Marble Fountain in Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. Its security features include a solid security thread and a watermark that shows Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. The banknote is 160 x 71 mm in size and has an “I” prefix. It comes in uncirculated condition.
