This used 50 Reichsmark Germany note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Imperial Bank. It is a green and brown note that is dated 1933, bear the signatures of Bernhard, Seiffert, Vocke, Friedrich, Fuchs, Schneider, Schacht and Dreyse, and measures 170 x 85 mm. Its obverse side features an underprint letter, green Reichsbank seal, David Hansemann, politician and banker (1790-1864). Its reverse side shows seated cherub holding scales, head of Mercury in profile with caduceus and seated cherub holding pen and paper. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of David Hansemann. The note was withdrawn on 28 June 1948.
