The United Arab Emirates 5 Dirham banknote is part of the 1982 issues of the United Arab Emirates Central Bank. Its obverse features the countrys emblem and the Blue Souk or the Central Market in Sharjah. Depicted on the back of the paper bill is the Bay of Khorfakkan in Fujairah, a tower, and a saker falcon which is the national bird of the UAE. The 143 x 60 mm banknote bears a solid security thread with printed UAE. It also has a watermark that reflects a saker falcons head. This UAE 5 Dirham banknote has been graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
